Event tickets are non-refundable so we encourage you to check that you can make the date before you book a spot.

 

If you are unable to make it for any reason, do contact us at hello@thelivewellshop.co.uk and we will do our best to back fill your spot as sometimes we have a wait list. If we are successful we will give you a credit to use against another workshop. If we can not fill the place then no credit or refund can be given.

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, please do let us know if you have done this so that we can ensure we have their contact details.

There may be times when we have to reschedule a workshop, this is only where absolutely necessary.  We will provide a new date for this and move you to this automatically. If you can not attend the rescheduled date you can have a credit or a refund.

 

If we cancel the event for any reason we will of course provide a refund or a credit - which ever you prefer.
