The selected RG postcodes we deliver to are: RG1, RG2, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG9, RG30 & RG31 only.

Deliveries are contact-free and we will contact you via text to confirm the delivery day and time. If you are unable to answer the door, goods will be left on your door step or in a safe place as requested by you.

Once left at your property, any purchase is your responsibility

We try and reuse as much supplier packaging as we can when dispatching your orders to reduce waste and environmental impact. Some of it may not be recyclable but we are committed to reusing where ever possible and encourage you to as well.

You can arrange to collect your purchases. We will text you when your order is ready to arrange collection along with confirmation of the pick up address.

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item(s) we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs.

To return your order please email hello@thelivewellshop.co.uk and we will send you a returns form to complete. Send the completed form enclosed in your parcel and return it with your item.  

 

All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
